WHEN CAN I ORDER?
Order anytime. Once you place an order we will contact you to schedule a delivery or pick-up.
CAN I PICK-UP MY ORDER?
Yes. Pick ups are available by appointment at NISD Community Building, 6632 Bandera Road, San Antonio, TX 78238 ONLY; they are scheduled Thursday-Saturdays.
WHAT ABOUT ALLERGIES?
Cookies are made in a facility with wheat, eggs, dairy, nuts, chocolate and various fruits, BUT we do our best to bake items with separate equipment.
DO YOU OFFER DELIVERY?
Yes! We can deliver to your front door at an extra charge. The standard delivery charge is $15 within the San Antonio area. Areas outside of San Antonio vary with the distance.
DO YOU PROVIDE SHIPPING ON YOUR PRODUCTS?
We ship from Monday-Wednesday during the week - ONLY. This is because we use the US Postal Service and we have found that our priority deliveries are received in a better timeframe when we ship on these days.
At this time we are shipping our brownies, cookies and scones nationwide to US residents. Shipping costs vary by location and the cost is paid by the customer.
DO YOU MAKE GLUTEN-FREE, SUGAR-FREE, AND VEGAN?
Yes! Many of our cakes, cupcakes and cookies (including decorated sugar cookies) can be made gluten-free, keto and vegan. Items that we have successfully made with allergy-free considerations are indicated on our menu. But if you don't see what you're looking for, please contact us directly.
WHAT HAPPENS ONCE I ORDER?
Once we receive your order, you will receive an email from us to confirm your order and determine how you would like to receive your goods - picked up by you in San Antonio, delivered to the address of your choice or shipped to the address of your choice. *Shipping and delivery are offered at additional costs.
DO YOU MAKE GOODS WITHOUT EGGS OR DAIRY?
Some of our cookies can be made without eggs or dairy.
